Set in the rolling countryside of the Boutonne valley our fully renovated country cottage provides a comfortable base for any holiday.

The property is set out on one level, situated in a private courtyard, with garden tables and chairs together with a BBQ.

The Accommodation consists of a large sitting room and kitchen area, well stocked with a full cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a washingmachine.

There is also a Satellite Television, Video and DVD player, WiFi as well as a sofa bed for two.

There is one double, one twin single and one room with bunk beds. A cot can also be provided on request.

There is a games room in one of the barns where you can play pool, table tennis and darts.

The 10m x 4m swimming pool is open between mid May to the end of September.

There is also a small paddling pool next to the main pool.

Full parental control is expected in the pool area for safety.

The enclosed field is grassed to provide a play area for football with goal posts and a badminton net set up on the field.
