Dates of the holiday to be booked (arrival after 3 pm Saturday, departure before 10am Saturday):
Cost of holiday based on following prices: £

Low season to Sat 19th May and from Sat 1st September  to end of season £300 pw

Mid season: Sat 26th May to Sat 23rd June and Saturday the 25th August Â£450 pw

High Season: Sat 30th June to Sat 18th August £800 pw

Linen service £10 per set per bed. This does not include towels. Sets required:
A cot is available on request, but not bedding.

Deposit of 25% payable to PB and CM Williams immediately with booking, non-returnable, balance and linen service to be paid 8 weeks before commencement of holiday. Cheques and booking form to be sent to us at Rose Cottage, Sheep Leaze Lane, Lilley, Catmore, Newbury, Berks, RG20 7HH .

Reservations will be held for 1 week, if after then no booking form and deposit are received they will lapse.
A breakage deposit of 100 Euros is payable in cash on arrival. This will be returned less cost of any breakages as set out in clause 4 of the Terms & Conditions. Departure: the gite should be left in the condition you find it. Should you not wish to do a final clean, let us know by the Wednesday before departure and we can arrange for a cleaner at a cost of 50 euros.

I have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions as set out on the website of www.peterchrisfrance.com. I understand that the owners of 4 Rue Vincent have done their best to ensure a suitable standard of safety throughout the property. However they cannot be held liable for loss or damage to myself or any member of my party or our possessions. I confirm also that I am fully responsible for the safety of my party in the swimming pool area and will comply with all safety instructions on display. I agree to take proper care of the property and its contents and leave it in good condition upon departure.
